Thời gian qua xuất hiện một đoạn chia sẻ rộng rãi trên mạng xã hội facebook khi bóc phốt chất lượng căn hộ gần chục tỷ gặp vấn đề về hệ thống vệ sinh. Bài chia sẻ nhanh chóng nhận được sự quan tâm của đông đảo cư dân mạng. Nhất là khi mà nghe nói về một vấn đề tưởng chừng như không tưởng: bể phốt tràn.
Nguy cơ bể phốt tràn có đáng lo ngại?
Với thiết kế của hệ thống WC trong từng công trình. Chúng được xem xét thi công để đáp ứng nguyên lý hoạt động dẫn thoát chất thải từ trang thiết bị vệ sinh chúng ta sử dụng. Để đi xuống bể chứa bên dưới mà chúng ta vẫn gọi là bể phốt.
Tuy nhiên, đi cùng với đó lại không có bất cứ van đóng an toàn nào trong hệ thống. Chính vì thế, đôi khi có thể xuất hiện nguy cơ bể phốt tràn. Và hệ quả dễ gặp nhất chính là ở bồn cầu trong toilet. Đây được xem là lối đi vào cũng như đi ra của chất thải sinh hoạt.
Theo các chuyên gia hút bể phốt nhiều năm kinh nghiệm. Vấn đề bể phốt tràn không phải là không có. Chúng thường xuất hiện do các nguyên nhân sau:
+ Thiết kế hệ thống WC không đạt tiêu chuẩn khiến cho chất thải dễ bị trào ngược
+ Bể phốt quá đầy vì nhiều năm chưa hút, lượng chất thải quá lớn nên trào lên. Thực trạng này xuất hiện không ít và đã có rất nhiều khách hàng phản hồi đến dịch vụ hút bể phốt tại Thanh Xuân, Hoàng Mai,…
+ Trong bể phốt có hàm lượng khí metan lớn do nguyên nhân nào đó dẫn đến áp suất cao. Và tự nhiên, chất thải sẽ có xu hướng chuyển từ nơi áp suất cao về nơi áp suất thấp. Điều này khiến chất thải bị tràn lên miệng bồn cầu.
Mặc dù không phải không có cơ sở về vấn đề này. Tuy nhiên, sự cố đó lại không phải là trường hợp phổ biến.
